SCHEDULE

If you have not attended a class with us before, please arrive 10-15 minutes early.  Feel free to contact an instructor in advance if you have questions.

Beginners’ Session

  • Start your 2019 out by joining our beginner’s session! You’ll be introduced to the basic foundations of the Ashtanga primary series starting with sun salutations.Our next sessions will be Saturday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30, Jan. 12th – 26th. The cost is $75. Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.

  1. I am new to the area and 20 wks pregnant but looking to attend yoga classes somewhere locally. I’ve practice a few times, but am nowhere near yogi status. Please send me the class schedule you feel would best fit me. Thank you! 🙂

  2. Hi Sara. The afternoon classes, 12 to 1, on Tues or Thurs or the Wednesday evening class would be the best fit at this time. If you are already active and or do yoga these classes would be appropriate for you. Keep in mind the room is about 80 degrees F. We will modify the practice to your ability given your OB has approved exercise for you. Myself and others in our group practiced yoga throughout our pregnancies and found it to be very helpful. The schedule is on line and on our facebook page. Hope to see you soon.
