Beginners are welcome to attend any of our classes at this time. If you have not attended a class before, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to meet with the instructor.
For beginners with little to no experience with yoga, you can expect that your practice may initially look different or be shorter than that of other students in the class. Ashtanga is meant to be fitted to the individual and the instructor will guide you in starting off on the right foot.
Those planning to attend the class should wear clothes that are easy to stretch and stay cool in as you may get sweaty. You should also bring a mat, towel and water. If you do not have a mat we have one you can use.
