Ashtanga Yoga and Ashtanga Led: Guided by the ashtanga series of poses, the instructor will verbally bring students through the series with tactile adjustments as needed. Modifications will be used as needed by the individual.
Beginners: A beginner’s session is 4 to 6 weeks long and offers an introduction to ashtanga including breathing, the bandhas, sun salutations and the primary series standing poses finishing with a closing sequence and savasana.
Dates and times for beginner’s sessions vary. Please see our schedule for our latest offerings. Please bring a mat, towel and water. We have mats available if you do not have one.
Gentle Restorative Yoga Evening: This is a one night only experience. Join us for an evening of gentle restorative yoga, breathing, aromatherapy, mindfulness, manual adjustments and massage.
